Project Developer / Sales Support

The Data Center Business Developer identifies, develops, and captures growth opportunities within the data center market segment. This role engages early in the customer decision cycle to influence design, promote Trane Technologies products, solutions, and drive long‑term strategic relationships. The position requires strong technical acumen, market expertise, and the ability to lead cross‑functional coordination in support of complex opportunities.

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electricalengineering or its equivalent
• 5+ years of working experience in DataCenter related sectors, engineering sales, and HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of data center cooling technologies and mechanical system design
• Proven ability to build and influence relationships at senior levels
• Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a matrixed environment
