THE HOOK
You manage competing priorities well. You've probably noticed that most coordinators either excel at spreadsheets or client relationships, rarely both. Our client needs someone who can do both, fluently. They work with household names and their projects move fast enough that accuracy matters as much as speed. If you've spent the last few years in construction admin watching margins slip because nobody joined the dots between the paperwork and the budget, this job exists to fix that.
THE ROLE
You'll coordinate projects across the Critical Services division; attending meetings, chasing approvals, raising purchase orders, tracking costs, and keeping clients informed. Your desk becomes the nerve centre: forecasting trackers updated, documentation filed correctly in Procore, permits coordinated, subcontractor quotes logged, invoicing processed.
