Summary of the Role
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Site Superintendent, General Foreman, Project Manager, Estimators and the Construction Manager with managing the day‑to‑day activities of all aspects of construction, including paperwork and project documentation. The role will support the project site in Toronto, ON, for an anticipated duration of one year and will be based at the Exhibition Station – Toronto site, with occasional travel to the Niagara Falls office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties using a variety of different systems or procedures.
- Arrange, participate in, and organize meetings (Teams and in‑person), as directed.
