Job Description
Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you would work closely with clients to schedule, plan, monitor, forecast, resource and manage all the project activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. You will be involved in getting shop-drawings approved and proposed rectifications on any defects found. You will ensure that the documentation system is always up to date and in line with ISO guidelines and customers expectation.
Responsibilities- Work closely between Singapore and Malaysia Plant to ensure smooth delivery of materials and precast components at sites.
- Work closely with cross department team to ensure information and issues are clearly defined and resolved.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
