Job Overview
Project Coordinator – SGR for Aecon Group Inc., operating in the Nuclear sector. The role supports the Pickering Retube, Feeder, and Boiler Replacement (RFBR) project, the refurbishment of four reactors and replacement of 48 steam generators at the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station.

Responsibilities
- Lead by example to ensure a “ONE TEAM” project–first, collaborative approach for internal, external, cross‑JV and client‑facing interactions.
- Maintain a strong nuclear safety culture and monitor safety programs and statistics.
- Assist the Project Manager in creating and sharing the vision of project success with the team.
- Plan and implement the engineering and construction program, defining the project plan, activities, milestones, and manpower requirements.
