The Role

• Support the pre and post implementation process following all the implementation processes stablished.
• Technical customer facing expert, able to communicate clearly and easily withmainly technicalcontacts;
• Support on gathering all customer requirements to deliver a thorough and customer focused implementation and configuration strategy.
• Ability todocument test scenariosof configuration to support QA.
• SMEina number ofthe Solera products,particularly understanding the configuration and integration capabilities.
• Collaboratewith both configuration and training tosupport on customer requirementsunderstanding and the broader Solera team to deliver newproduct developments.
• On occasiontrainthe customer on the newly delivered configuration.
• Support in cross functional alignmentwithproduct and sales,to ensure alignment on roadmap
• Providesupporton customer deliveries and SMEproducts.
