Project Coordinator
Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Work setup & shift: Hybrid, Day shift
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical service consulting projects, including migrations, upgrades, and product deployments.
- Build collaborative relationships with customers, technical consultants, and internal teams to support successful delivery.
- Support the intake of technical project requests and maintain accurate project tracking documentation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate internal resources, and track deliverables using standardized tools.
- Organize and document project meetings, including actions, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation to stakeholders, ensuring version control and consistency.
