Job Description
The Project Coordinator supports planning, execution, and closeout of nuclear projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. The role connects project managers, engineering, field services, procurement, quality, outage teams, and customers. Experience with turbines and generators is an asset due to the technical and outage‑driven nature of the work.
Core Responsibilities
- Support project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and daily coordination across cross‑functional teams.
- Track progress, risks, issues, and resource constraints; prepare reports, logs, and meeting documentation.
- Assist with outage planning, work packages, task sequencing, and turbine‑generator maintenance scopes.
