We are seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join Axiom Builders. We have 3 multi-family residential projects in downtown Calgary and a couple more in pre-construction; we are looking for a project coordinator who can support our growing, tight‑knit team. Working under the guidance of a Project Manager, you will gain hands‑on exposure to every stage of the construction process. From managing documentation and project systems to coordinating safety protocols and communication between subtrades, clients, architects, and consultants, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to grow into a future Project Manager.

This is more than just a coordinator role; it’s an opportunity to be mentored, to learn the business inside and out, and to establish a strong foundation for a long‑term career in project management.
