Job Description
As a Project Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting operational, procurement, logistics, and administrative activities within a fast‑paced research and technology environment. The position is responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier communications, tracking assets and inventory, overseeing shipment processes, maintaining documentation, and providing accurate operational reporting. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and submit purchase requisitions in accordance with departmental requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely processing of purchasing requests.
