Project Coordinator (JP/APAC)

This position reports to the Operations Team Lead and works closely with other members of the Sales-Operations team. This is an entry staff level position at dataSpring, working to ensure that superior client service is delivered.

Essential Job Functions

• Performs bidding to project management tasks of sample only projects under the supervision of the Operations Team Lead.
• Evaluates client's request against dataSpring's capability to supply sample and provide other appropriate services, and prepares full quotation and proposal accordingly.
• Identifies issues, manages scope, controls risks, and implements corresponding solutions.
• Effectively coordinates with clients, partners, and internal team members to ensure successful completion of project requirements within the agreed budget and time frame.
