Position Summary

The Project Coordinator will report to the Senior Project Manager or Program Manager in the HUB and be responsible coordinating and controlling all aspects of your project in accordance with a defined framework and tool set. You will work with your HUB Project and Program Manager(s), HUB Portfolio Manager, business leads and various stakeholders ultimately accountable to the HUB IT PMO Director.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to ensure deliverables fall within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Confirm resource availability and allocation.
• Manage tasks of a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Ensure the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
