Project Coordinator (Isla Guadalupe) (Ensenada)

Overall Position Purpose
This position serves as a critical role within the Sales Team in overseeing projects to ensure they communicate all the details and specific assignments for both internal and external customers.
This role will be responsible for planning and scheduling tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met throughout the life cycle of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Review orders packages for accuracy and required detail as it relates to the quotations.
Coordinate any discrepancies with customers and quotes.
Support RSM with the COD or POD process.
Support RMS with Project coordination calls and deadlines.
Organize various parts of an activity to enable collaboration and efficient communication.
Problem solving skills are essential.
Time Management is key.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with team members/resources to ensure completing tasks/goals within established deadlines.
