Job Description
Position Overview:
The overall objective of M Moser Associates Project Coordinator is to offer the Design and Construction team support. To be successful in this, you will help in coordinating team activities, manage proposal and creative exercise execution. Part of this job involves administrative tasks that support the success of projects. To be successful, you will interface internally with all team levels from Directors to Junior Designers on behalf of M Moser Associates, with particular focus on quality control and service control from project startup to closeout.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Be the prime liaison between design team leadership and construction managers who work with client/owner and AE teams.
- Attend internal meetings with focus on project coordination, additional service monitoring and team coordination.
