About the Role

Polaron Energy Corp. is seeking a highly organized Commercial Project Coordinator to support commercial Solar, Battery Storage (BESS), and EV Charging projects during the Ready-to-Install (RTI) phase. This role manages projects from contract signing through pre‑construction readiness, including customer communication, rebate applications, site assessment coordination, utility submissions, and permit applications.

• Receive and onboard newly signed commercial projects.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the RTI phase.
