The Role
Traugott Building Contractors Inc. is looking for a Project Coordinator in Calgary. You’ll support projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring documentation, communication, and administration run smoothly. This role is ideal if you want to develop into a Project Manager and gain experience across a variety of commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Construction
- Support project startup, permits, and approvals
- Coordinate documentation, drawings, and consultant communication
- Assist with tendering, bid reviews, and subcontractor management
- Help create schedules and execution plans
