Project Coordinator

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Project Coordinator on behalf of a well-established and respected real estate development and property management organization in Surrey, BC.

This is a 5-month contract opportunity supporting the close-out phase of a large multi-family residential project. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating deficiency management, turnover documentation, stakeholder communications, and project administration to ensure a seamless project completion process. There is potential for the contract to be extended based on project needs and individual performance.
