Job Description
As the Project Control Specialist, you are responsible for supporting project performance analysis by integrating cost, schedule, and progress data. The role focuses on analysis, validation, and recommendations to support the Project Controls Manager (PCM) and stakeholders in decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse project performance using cost, schedule, and Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics (CPI, SPI), ensuring alignment with project controls processes and project management requirements.
- Establish and track project performance indicators, with a primary focus on EVM and productivity; escalat**e significant findings to the Project Controls Manager and Project Manager as appropriate.
- Validate data consistency and integrity between cost, schedule, and progress across systems, supporting but not leading project delivery functions.
