Gensler’s Birmingham Studio is seeking a Project Architect to join our growing team in the UK and Europe, specialising in the Retail & Lifestyle sector. The Project Architect will lead the team through all phases of project design and delivery, serving as the primary client contact and managing the technical process across multiple projects.
What You Will Do
- Design and deliver Lifestyle, Retail and Hospitality architecture projects.
- Maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for further business.
- Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and consultant agreements.
- Manage the full project lifecycle: estimating, bidding, kick‑off, coordination, punch list, turnover, and close‑out.
- Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex design challenges.
