Reporters Without Borders (RSF) is an international non‑profit organisation dedicated to defending and promoting the freedom, independence and pluralism of journalism. It has its headquarters in Paris and bureaus in fourteen cities – including Prague, Tunis, Dakar, Berlin, London, Rio, Taipei and Washington – and a network of correspondents in 150 countries.
Prague Bureau
RSF’s Prague Bureau was opened in 2025 with the aim of expanding RSF’s operations in Central and Eastern Europe. It documents and denounces violations of press freedom and the right to information, supports threatened journalists, combats impunity for crimes committed against reporters, fights propaganda, advocates before national and international authorities for systemic solutions, and promotes ethical, transparent journalism in the region.
