Job Description

Job Summary
The Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial and operational performance of projects by providing accurate project accounting, cost control, forecasting, and project progress reporting. The role works closely with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to monitor project performance, maintain project financial data, track risks and change orders, and ensure timely reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Project Accounting & Cost Control
Prepare monthly Project Progress Reviews (PPRs), including cost, revenue, margin, and forecast analysis. 
Monitor project budgets, committed costs, actual costs, and estimate-to-complete (ETC). 
Maintain project forecasts and support month-end financial reporting and accruals. 
Track project invoicing, collections, and outstanding receivables.
