Job Title Project Analyst Job Description Summary The Insight and Analytics team responsibilities are to produce detailed financial analyses to support often complex real estate transactions and business decisions. Examples of financial analysis include stay vs. go, sale and leaseback, buy vs. lease, disposals, and development strategies. Job Description Responsibilities: Conducts all types of financial analysis such as Cash Flow, P&L, and NPV to support real estate transactions for occupiers i.e., lease acquisitions, disposals, subleases, renewals, provisions calculations, etc. Requires proficient knowledge of financial terms and principles. Building and testing models to provide decision-making support to our clients on their business / real-estate strategies as well as improving the efficiency of existing models.
