Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Project Administrator. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance across the program by managing reporting requirements, supporting audit preparation and ensuring training, competency and equipment records remain accurate and up to date. The role also assists with coordinating program‑related functions and events, supports the onboarding of new starters, and provides general administrative assistance to training and communications teams as needed, contributing to a well‑organised and efficient operational environment.Nature of position: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: Coburg, VICReporting Line: Service Delivery ManagerKey Responsibilities
