Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To provide secretarial services and administrative support to executives and managers in the department.
  • Support project teams in shipment arrangement, packing list etc.
  • Submit PO through ERP system.
  • Coordinates departmental meetings and keeps track of client visiting.
  • Prepares presentation materials for executives or managers.
  • Updates records and maintains proper filing systems.

Requirements

  • Hands on experience with MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
