Job Description
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Prepare product for testing; identifying proper components needed; Assemble pumps as per customer order and/or direction from Senior Technician/Shop Foreman; Perform pump tear down and inspection; Complete testing and prepare testing report; Ensure testing meets specified requirements; Operate a lathe; Use of overhead crane, skid steer, bobcat to move product/material as required; Paint and stamp stators as per MO requirements; Grind rotors when welds are complete; Actively contribute to lean, quality and safety initiatives; Adhering to a schedule set forth by Foreman, including on-call duties; Load/Unload and secure product on delivery trucks; Verify truck load to ensure conformance with shipping documents; General housekeeping; vehicle, yard and facility maintenance; Other duties as assigned.
