- Facilitate discussion with relevant business stakeholders to scope the project with its benefits.
- Investigate and explore potential solutions.
- Create a business case in collaboration with business stakeholders, including costs and benefits with the proposed solution andobtain approval from relevant stakeholders.
- Engage with vendors to obtain input to the plan.
- Facilitate process to allocate and secure resources to projects.
- Formulate target operating models (TOMs) in collaboration with business stakeholders.
