Program Specialist The Veterans Health Administration is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to support the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System in Bath, NY or Canandaigua, NY. This position provides leadership and administrative support for the development, implementation, coordination, maintenance, and evaluation of the Talent Management System (TMS) and educational databases. The role supports integrated programs that cross services, disciplines, facility lines, and organizational priorities.
