TOM Central Programs is dedicated to improving yard operations through the implementation of world-class processes and technologies, ensuring smooth yard operations. Our team supports TOM-managed yards across the US and Canada supporting all Amazon lines of business.

You will work cross-functionally and across geographies, partnering with Managers and Senior Managers to understand, implement, and improve TOM programs and initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with multiple functions and teams including program management, TOM operations, Relay tech, planning, network optimization, middle mile, topology, finance, analytics, transportation, and more in Amazon Transportation Services (ATS).
