Program Manager

This role will serve as the focal point between the client and the company for program development. The incumbent will oversee the department's operations, ensuring adherence to quality, cost-benefit, and delivery objectives. They will also efficiently manage the business unit's resources and forecast sales, expenses, human resources, and future equipment needs.

• Manage functions and align defined goals with production, quality, manufacturing, engineering, planning, and process management, according to company specifications, to supervise and evaluate continuous improvements within the assigned business unit.
• Participate in and ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines.
