Job Overview
The Senior Program Manager leads cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑focused products and services. The role manages program budgets, schedules, and quality while fostering continuous improvement and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the Customer Focus Team (CFT) to achieve program objectives.
- Define program scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria in partnership with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program plans, budgets, and schedules; track performance against KPIs and drive corrective actions.
- Serve as primary interface with customers, managing expectations, escalations, and satisfaction reviews.
