Overview
Program Manager – Real Estate based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Supports the delivery of commercial real estate and construction programs across Africa, the Middle East and Turkey, from initial feasibility through final site launch.
Key Responsibilities- Track progress across multiple real‑estate, construction and facility launch projects to support on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure data integrity across Smartsheet, Excel, proprietary systems, and other tracking tools.
- Coordinate due diligence activity including environmental reviews, zoning checks, legal documentation, permitting inputs and site readiness requirements.
- Schedule and run project meetings, manage calendars, capture action items, and ensure owners clearly understand next steps.
