Program Manager (Philippines)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in program or project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and cross‑functional coordination.
• Strong customer management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of supply chain, demand planning, and order fulfillment, with good analytical skills (e.g., forecast analysis).
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage teams and drive KPIs across functions.
