**Position Overview:**

Is responsible for the evaluation and improvement of quality programs through facilitation and support of the annual strategic planning process for the program, achievement of growth goals for the program, and shared accountability for the achievement of quality, service, and financial performance goals for the program.
The Program Manager IV leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of outreach program activities aligned with strategic priorities.
