Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risk trackers, and execution frameworks. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Drive accountability across stakeholders and proactively follow up on deliverables and dependencies. Identify operational bottlenecks, escalation risks, and process gaps and work cross-functionally toward resolution.
