Job Description
Lead impactful programs supporting those experiencing homelessness at e4c as a full-time Program Manager. Drive community initiatives while fostering stability and well-being through trauma-informed practices.
As the Program Manager – Supportive Housing, you will oversee community-based programs focused on housing stability and mental health support. This leadership role encompasses operational management, service delivery, and continuous program improvements. Ensure compliance with organizational standards while building collaborative relationships across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight for supportive housing program operations
• Monitor service quality and participant experiences
• Develop and implement effective program policies and practices
• Foster relationships with community partners and stakeholders
• Guarantee compliance with safety and accreditation requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field
