Take the lead in enhancing client care as a Program Manager for Shelter and Respite Services with Dixon Hall. Oversee operations ensuring quality support for those experiencing homelessness while working full-time on-site.
Dixon Hall's new Program Manager role is focused on providing operations management within Shelter and Respite Services. As a leader, you'll ensure the delivery of client-centric services, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. This permanent position operates Monday to Friday with responsibilities spanning community engagement, compliance, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily management of shelter operations
• Foster partnerships with community agencies and stakeholders
• Support recruitment and hiring processes effectively
• Ensure compliance with Toronto Shelter Standards
• Implement Infection Prevention and Control measures
Requirements:
• University degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
