Program Manager for Black Youth Mental Health

Lead impactful mental health initiatives for Black youth at Wanasah in Regent Park, Toronto. This role focuses on program development and driving high-quality, inclusive care.

Wanasah is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee a team serving Black youth aged 12–25 facing mental health and addiction challenges. You will report to the Executive Director, managing 8–12 frontline team members. This unique role requires a deep understanding and application of trauma-informed, Black-centric, and person-centered care principles.
