- Be the client-side accountable program owner for the Business Central implementation
- Hold the Systems Integrator accountable to the scope, schedule, quality, and cost commitments made in their proposal, while managing scope, changes requests and any disputes.
- Own the integrated program plan and schedule, including vendor and internal commitments.
- Run program governance, including status reports (budget and progress), regular Steering Committee meetings, design sessions to ensure decisions get made, documented, and locked
- Orchestrate WildBrain-side resources contributing to the ERP program - including Business Central Functional Leads/Finance SMEs across regions, Network, Integration, Product, Data, Legal, Product as needed throughout the project
