Profile

• Enterprise program / delivery management background, comfortable running multi-stakeholder engagements in regulated environments (security, compliance, data governance sign-offs).
• Strong on adoption: knows that getting software live is the easy half;
  the real work is changemanagement, finding champions, building usage playbooks, and getting teams to actually switch from old tools. Measures success in active usage and expansion, not go-live dates.
