Supports development of programme plans, budgets, concept notes, and identification of funding opportunities, while contributing to resource mobilisation and tracking of sponsorship funds across portfolios. Strengthens accountability through robust monitoring frameworks, regular performance reporting, and compliance with donor and organisational requirements.
