Program Leader, Safety and Prevention (Vancouver)

The salary range for this position is CAD $46.39/hr. - CAD $66.68/hr.

We are looking for a Program Leader, Safety and Prevention to join the Safety and Prevention team in Vancouver, BC.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, development, administration, and evaluation of designated safety programs and projects across Vancouver Coastal Health, supporting a safe and healthy workplace.
• Define emerging safety concerns, challenges, and risks; prepare mitigation strategies and solutions; work with organizational leadership to manage proactive and necessary changes.
• Lead and mentor designated safety advisors and program support staff to deliver programs that eliminate or reduce workplace hazards and promote a healthy environment.
