Program Director-Parenting Center

**Job Description**

The Mount Sinai Parenting Center mission is to transform the way pediatric healthcare is delivered by maximizing opportunities to promote strong parent-child relationships and early childhood development within everyday healthcare interactions. We create trainings, curricula, videos, and resources for providers to use in healthcare moments with the goal of providing parents with the tools they need to foster optimal social, emotional and cognitive development in their children 0-5 years old.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred, or equivalent combination or relevant work experience and education.
+ 7 years related experience

Preferred Experience

+ Experience with large research projects, research management, study design and publications. Existing relationships with medical education, pediatric health or broader healthcare nonprofit community.
