What You'll Do
As Program Director, under the direction of the Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership, management, and accountability for the OASAS-funded FORGE program. FORGE (Fostering Opportunities, Resilience, Growth and Employment) is a technical assistance program intended to support Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors in delivering job opportunities and support for people recovering from substance use disorder. FORGE provides job coaching, training to Vocational Rehabilitation counselors, and develops relationships with employers to generate viable, recovery-friendly employment opportunities for participants.
In addition to the above, as Program Director you will oversee implementation, staffing, performance, compliance, fiscal coordination, partnership management, and reporting, and serve as the primary point of contact for funder communication and operational oversight.
