We are seeking a Program Director to lead and manage after‑school and summer camp at our Lisbon location. In this role, you will oversee program delivery, ensure high‑quality experiences for youth, and support a team committed to making a difference every day. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position, requiring 35+ hours per week.
