About the Role
The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the overall delivery and quality of programming at Laurus Summer Camp. Working closely with the Regional Manager and Location Manager, this role helps ensure that activities, staff support, camper engagement, and day-to-day operations run efficiently throughout the summer. The Program Coordinator serves as a key resource for both staff and families, helping create a safe, organized, and memorable camp experience.
Responsibilities
Pre-Camp (Training & Site Readiness)
- Support the preparation and organization of staff training sessions.
- Assist with site readiness, ensuring program spaces, materials, and equipment are prepared before camp begins.
- Help coordinate opening logistics and operational planning for the summer season.
- Participate in the development and organization of camp programming and special events.
