Program Coordinator III - Research Institute Administration

Seeking a Program Coordinator III to work in a high impact, high visibility team supporting executive initiatives, internal engagement and special projects and events. This role will be responsible for planning small and medium events, supporting larger initiatives and events, and providing broader programmatic support to support the next phase of growth at the research institute.

The Program Coordinator III is responsible for facilitating activities associated with a specific complex program or group of complex programs in a specialty/functional area including scheduling, coordination of communication, data management, document preparation, and process improvement.
