Program & Change Acceleration Consultant

What we are looking for:

• Education: Preferably a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, HR, Digital Adoption, or related fields.
• Experience: 2–4 years in change management, digital transformation, or technology implementation (consulting experience is a plus).
• Languages: Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement change management strategies for digital transformation projects.
• Lead the adoption of AI tools in the workplace (M365 Copilot, Gemini Workplace).
• Support the deployment and integration of SAP S/4HANA , SuccessFactors , and Salesforce .
