Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a PROGRAM ANALYST (T32), Position Description Number D0712000 and is part of the AL SAAO, National Guard. CRENSHAW Responsibilities (1) Analyzes funding for Flying Hour Program (FHP), Counter-Narcotics Program (CNOPS) and Additional Flight Training Periods (AFTPs) to aid effectiveness and to identify deficient areas or trends. Independently or as assigned undertakes projects which involve surveys, comparisons and studies of current and past operations. Normally defines requirements and extent of study, methods and sources used, and manner of presentation. Determines the significance of the computed statistics, interprets results and states conclusions developed. (2) Reviews, evaluates and analyzes obligations and expenditures.
