Reporting to the Manager of Professional Development Initiatives, you will support the PEAK program by compiling compliance data and providing insights for continuous improvement. This role is key to ensuring participant engagement and operational success while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze compliance data to generate actionable reports
• Create and manage databases supporting program decisions
• Design strategies for the ongoing development of the program
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand program requirements
• Produce documentation of program details and outcomes
