Program Analyst

Summary About the Position: Incumbent serves as a Program Analyst, Special Programs Directorate, Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army. Serves as an expert authority on assigned program(s) for Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), Army Commands (ACOMs), Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs) and Direct Reporting Units (DRUs). Responsibilities Act as an expert consultant to HQDA, Army Commands, Army Service Component Commands and Direct Reporting Units on integrating transformational changes with program(s)requirements. Utilizes a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to independently conduct complex studies, perform analyses, and submit staff papers which serve as input for the establishment of objectives and policies Provides organization management or structuring advice and guidance to promote greater effectiveness, efficiency and economy, and to resolve problems of significant magnitude.
